Looks like you're having trouble logging into your Salesforce Marketing Portal. If you've forgotten your Salesforce Marketing Cloud credentials, follow the steps below in order to reset your password and access the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to mc.exacttarget.com
- Enter your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Username
- Click 'Forgot Your Password?'
- You'll be prompted to enter Email Address. Note this is the email address associated with the Notification Email Address on your Salesforce Marketing Cloud User.
- If you've account has Multi-Factor Authentication, you'll be prompted to verify before being prompted to answer a security question
- Only after passing through the above items, you’ll arrive at the 'Change Your Password' screen. Be sure to follow the password rules on the page, then click the 'Change Password' button.
- You're all set and ready to go back to the Login Page for the Salesforce Marketing Portal
- If you still have problems getting into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, submit a support request form for additional assistance.
